The queuing areas are organised in such a way that a prescribed distance can be kept. Please wash your hands regularly. Hand disinfectant are available for you at important positions. Ski instructors always carry a bottle of hand disinfectant with them. In many places, information posters will remind you of these measures.

CONTACT PERSON:

In all our ski school offices you will find trained staff who are always available to answer your questions.

MEASURES CONCERNING THE USE OF THE CABLE CAR FACILITIES AS PART OF THE SKI COURSE:

For the use of the cable car facilities (cable cars, chair lifts, …) the guidelines and rules for public transport apply. It is therefore necessary to wear a face mask suitable for winter sports during transport, as well as in the ticket office/station area and in the cable car buildings. Please follow the signs and loudspeaker announcements on site.

CHILDCARE:

For safety reasons (Covid19 regulations) only half-day courses are offered. The kindergarten will not be open. Lunchtime childcare will probably be limited and will be possible under strict hygienic precautions.

Ski instructors travelling from abroad must present a negative SARS-COV2 test. Ski instructors and employees, must regularly take part in SARS-COV2 tests.

Employees are trained and instructed in Corona safety measures and the guidelines and regulations.

REGULATIONS FOR ALL INDOOR AREAS:

A face mask must be worn for your own safety and for the safety of guests and staff. Regular ventilation, guest guidance systems, info corners and keeping the minimum distance contribute to indoor safety.

FACE MASK:

A face mask can be bought at all our locations.

COLLECTION OF GROUPS:

All meeting places will be marked and arranged as spaciously as possible. Courses are planned in such a way that large group gatherings can be avoided. Time schedules are optimised in order to distribute our guests in the best possible way. We ask parents to leave the facilities of the ski school during lessons and lunchtime supervision. The award ceremonies after the ski school race are held directly in the respective group.

GROUP SIZES IN SKI SCHOOL LESSONS:

In order to ensure that the safety distance is maintained, group sizes are limited to a maximum of 10 people. Group compositions made at the beginning of the course will be kept as long as possible.

FALLING BELOW THE MINIMUM DISTANCE:

If the minimum distance of one metre is not observed, e.g. if absolutely necessary assistance is provided during snow sports lessons, a face mask must be worn also outdoor.
